Manuscripts are considered with respect to the authors and confidentiality. Our editors do not disclose information about manuscripts. The names and e-mail addresses of the authors, which are indicated in accordance with the requirements of the journal, are used exclusively for internal technical tasks, they are not distributed and are not passed on to third parties.
