Abstract

This article describes the technology management of information support processes for the logistics support of military units. The paper emphasizes that information support for the processes of logistics of military units should be done through appropriate web-based systems. The task of researching the issues of managing the processes of information support of logistical support of military units is being updated. Using economic and mathematical models, we describe the analysis of commercial traffic and the ranking of electronic orders. It is assumed that the logistic network of the National Guard of Ukraine military units contains a buffer space of orders of a certain size, used jointly by orders of two types. Modeling of the choice of the optimal strategy of integration of the logistics supply chain of military units in e-commerce was performed in order to reduce corruption risks and increase the level of transparency of e-procurement. The criteria for evaluating the optimal choice of an e-commerce integration strategy should be using the attractiveness of the Internet market for logistics purchases of the military unit and the degree of readiness of suppliers to integrate. The process of ensuring maximum reach of the target segment of the order market through marketing experiments is analyzed.

The solution of the key problems formulated in the article forms the basis of a methodological approach to the research and construction of scientific and methodological support for the management of information support processes for logistical support of military units of the National Guard of Ukraine.

The stages of technology management of processes of information support of logistical support of military units are offered. On the basis of a methodological approach, specific methods, models and procedures can be developed to provide logistical support to the military units of the National Guard of Ukraine.
