Three basic components , which directly affect the achievement of goals and the effective performance of the tasks of the civil-military cooperation are considered.
A brief analysis of the existing practices of evaluating the activities of civil-military cooperation structural units and the evaluation methodology used by civil-military cooperation specialists of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was carried out.
The existing indicators of the effectiveness of the results of civil-military cooperation activities were analyzed.
Presented an improved list of criteria for the effectiveness of civil-military cooperation activities, taking into account the specifics of the tasks assigned to the National Guard of Ukraine and a list of possible indicators of positive dynamics (positive changes in the situation) as a result of the operation of the system of civil-military cooperation of the military formation of the National Guard of Ukraine while the performance of assigned tasks, during the settlement of the armed conflict.
An improved methodology for assessing the impact of the activities of civil-military cooperation units on the performance of assigned tasks by the formations of the National Guard of Ukraine during the settlement of the armed conflict is proposed.
