As a result of the power structures in an internal conflict political regime priterpevaet negative transformation towards increased authoritarianism vozrostaet role of the "siloviki" in domestic and foreign policy. Power, on the one hand, is trying to raise their profile, on the other, afraid to increase their exposure, so it is especially important not to allow the conversion of power structures in an autonomous political force.
