USE OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT JOINT FORCES AGAINST THE ILLEGAL ARMED FORMATIONS IN THE TERRITORY OF THE STATE

Abstract

In modern conditions, the armed fight against terrorism creates a problematic situation that is the lack of sustained confrontation to international terrorism of terrorist activities within the state security system.

With the advent of the XXI century, the threat of the deployment of international terrorism of large-scale asymmetric armed confrontation, there is a need for the involvement of military and special formations of state law enforcement agencies and the use of these law enforcement forces in the aspect of the concept of a network of centrist war (armed conflict).

Solving the problem situation depends on solution of the contradiction between the impossibility of an adequate counteraction of law enforcement agencies by using traditional methods and the emergence of the need to move to modern network methods of counter-terrorist activity of the interagency grouping of the joint forces of law enforcement.

The network-centric operation of the interdepartmental grouping of the joint forces of law enforcement during the implementation of anti-terrorist activities in the context of the deployment of asymmetric armed confrontation has been determined.
