THEORETICAL AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF THE FUNCTIONING OF THE MILITARY JUSTICE BODIES IN THE SPHERE OF SERVICE AND COMBAT ACTIVITIES OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT FORCES

The statute states that the provision of theoretical and legal ambushes for the functioning of the military justice bodies in the sphere of service and combat activity of the law enforcement forces is currently relevant.
By means of the statutes is the pre-ambush of the functions of the military justice bodies in the sphere of military service of the law enforcement forces and the establishment and consolidation of the organizational theoretical and legal basis of the legal basis for the normative and legal basis
The reasons for the creation of military justice are the following: the numerical increase in offenses and crimes among servicemen of the Armed Forces and other military formations of Ukraine (law enforcement forces); distribution of weapons from certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions to the rest of territory of Ukraine; incompetence of civil courts and the prosecutor's office in the efficient and prompt consideration and resolution of military cases; lack of professional bodies of inquiry and investigation in the military sphere; low efficiency of the existing organizational and legal mechanism for prevention, detection and investigation of war crimes, etc.
The theory of service and combat efficiency of the law enforcement forces of Ukraine is apparently safe in the young science, and from now on, not in the new world, a system of subordinate rights of protection has been formed. For the results of the conducted advancement to the warehouse of forces, law enforcement, you can add the organizers of the military justice of Ukraine. The mechanisms of the formation of the military justice bodies are based on the already existing national legislation and the specifics of the service and combat activity of the law enforcement forces.
The submitted scientific developments will be directed to the more detailed normative and legal regulation of the functioning of the military justice bodies in the sphere of service and combat activity of the law enforcement forces.
