AN IMPROVEMENT OF NORMATIVELY-LEGAL ADJUSTING OF SPHERE OF SAFETY AND DEFENSIVE IS IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE MILITARY AGGRESSION

Abstract

The proposed article reviews the regulatory and legal support of the spheres of national (state) security of the country, the content of individual planning documents in the spheres of national security to improve the legislation of the spheres of national (state) security. The analysis of the bills adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine after the introduction of martial law in Ukraine, which are aimed at improving the security and defense spheres, is carried out.

Attention is drawn to the fact that the state's counteraction to threats of various levels through legal mechanisms is the task of the system of national (state) security of the state and should be carried out in coordination and interaction of the legislative body with all subjects of the security and defense sector, therefore, the legislation of Ukraine on national security should regulate the solution of many specific legal problems.

The proposals on the directions of improvement of the system of legislation in the sphere of security and defense, national (state) security in order to ensure a holistic and comprehensive state policy of present and future security of Ukraine and the creation of the necessary mechanisms for all subjects of public relations that can be involved in the implementation of tasks in the interests of state security are provided.
